Summary
We’re looking for a Franchise Management Supervisor to drive the growth and performance of our Delivery Service Partner (DSP) network in the US. If you have experience in franchise management, strong analytical skills, and bilingual fluency in Spanish and English (or Chinese and Spanish), we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
- DSP Screening & Evaluation – Research and assess potential strategic DSPs based on service quality, costs, and market reputation to support business expansion.
- DSP Development & Transformation – Work with existing DSPs to enhance their operations through training, process improvements, and technical support.
- Recruitment & Onboarding – Lead the recruitment, selection, and onboarding of strategic DSPs, ensuring they align with company standards.
- Driver Management – Assist DSPs in hiring, training, and evaluating drivers to maintain high service quality and efficiency.
- Payroll & Compliance – Partner with finance teams and DSPs to verify accurate salary calculations and resolve payroll-related issues.
Qualifications:
- Languages: Fluency in Spanish and English (or Spanish and Chinese) is required.
- Experience: Background in franchisee or partner management across any industry.
- Skills: Strong data analysis and project management capabilities, with experience using analytical tools.
- Soft Skills: Excellent communication, teamwork, and problem-solving abilities in fast-paced environments.
