Responsibilities：
Warehouse Site Management:
- Oversee daily operations within the warehouse to ensure a clean and organized work environment.
- Conduct regular inspections of facilities and equipment to ensure they are functioning properly and meet safety standards.
Sorting Operations Management:
- Design and optimize sorting processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
- Monitor sorting progress to ensure timely order processing and fulfillment.
Temporary Labor Management:
- Manage the recruitment, training, and supervision of temporary staff, including scheduling and task assignment.
- Ensure that temporary workers adhere to operational procedures and safety protocols to improve team collaboration.
On-Site Procurement:
- Conduct on-site purchasing based on warehouse needs, ensuring compliance with necessary qualifications and fire safety regulations.
- Regularly assess vendor performance to maintain strong supplier relationships.
Safety and Compliance Management:
- Ensure warehouse operations comply with company and industry safety standards.
- Organize regular safety training and emergency drills to enhance employee awareness and preparedness.
Data Recording and Reporting:
- Maintain and update relevant records and documents to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Regularly report on operational progress and issues to management.
- Complete other related tasks as directed by management to support overall operational efficiency.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in logistics, warehouse operations, or sorting management is preferred.
- Fluent in both English and Chinese.Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
- Knowledge of logistics software and data tracking tools is a plus.Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to adapt quickly to changes in volume and operations.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Up to $73,000.00 per year
