We are hiring a Operations Specialist to manage delivery service providers (DSPs), optimize logistics processes, and ensure smooth, cost-effective operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate and onboard DSPs, building strong, long-term partnerships.
- Negotiate contracts and service prices with DSPs.
- Assist with daily DSP operations and provide operational support.
- Monitor package deliveries, ensuring accurate tracking and on-time delivery.
- Resolve delivery-related issues to maintain high customer satisfaction.
- Analyze performance metrics and identify process improvements.
- Ensure DSP compliance with policies, contracts, and industry standards.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align on delivery strategies.
Qualifications:
- Mandarin required.
- Experience in logistics operations or vendor management (DSPs preferred) prefer.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of logistics systems and industry regulations is a plus.
- Education: Preferred background in logistics, supply chain management, analytics, engineering, or related fields.
