Join a leading last-mile logistics company dedicated to efficient, reliable delivery services. We’re seeking a Bilingual Operations Supervisor fluent in Chinese and English to enhance DSP management, route coordination, and vendor relations.
Key Responsibilities:
Route Management & Coordination
- Communicate effectively with Delivery Service Providers (DSPs) to allocate routes, adjust postal code coverage, and optimize delivery areas.
- Collaborate with Quality Control, Finance, and Customer Service teams to resolve issues, ensuring seamless operations and high customer satisfaction.
DSP Management System Development
- Assist in developing a comprehensive DSP management system, including screening, contract management, and quality control.
- Recommend DSP development teams that meet company standards, driving quality improvements across operations.
Vendor Relations & Negotiation
- Negotiate and manage relationships with DSPs to expand delivery capabilities and market reach.
- Provide insights on best practices for DSP selection, ensuring service quality and reliability.
Training & Support
- Conduct training sessions for DSPs and drivers, ensuring compliance with company standards and proficiency in system usage.
Management & Oversight
- Monitor DSP performance, taking corrective actions when needed to maintain high-quality service.
- Lead and mentor the operations team, promoting effective DSP management and route optimization.
Qualifications:
- Language Skills: Proficiency in both Chinese and English (required).
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in logistics operations, delivery, or freight forwarding.
- Proven track record in operations management, vendor coordination, and route optimization.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $23.00 - $26.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
