Responsibilities
- Perform order picking and packing efficiently to meet daily targets.
- Utilize warehouse management systems to track inventory and manage stock levels.
- Operate forklifts, reach trucks, and pallet jacks safely and effectively.
- Conduct regular inventory checks to ensure accuracy in stock levels.
- Collaborate with team members to optimize workflow and enhance operational efficiency.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment in compliance with safety standards.
- Assist in training new staff on equipment operation and warehouse processes.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in warehouse operations or logistics roles.
- Strong skills in order picking and familiarity with RF scanners.
- Ability to operate forklifts and reach trucks; certification preferred.
- Basic math skills for inventory management and order processing.
- Experience with warehouse management systems is highly desirable.
- Knowledge of MRP systems is a plus but not required.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
