Job Title: DSP (Delivery Service Partner) Operations Manager

About the Role:
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Warehouse Specialist（Assistant or Associate are also wellcomed） to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing our relationships with Delivery Service Partners (DSPs) to ensure efficient and reliable delivery operations. If you have a strong background in logistics, excellent communication skills, and a passion for problem-solving, we encourage you to apply!
Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate, onboard, and establish long-term partnerships with DSPs.
- Negotiate contracts and service pricing with DSPs to ensure cost efficiency and high-quality service delivery.
- Provide daily operational support to DSPs, addressing challenges and ensuring smooth operations.
- Monitor package deliveries to ensure accurate tracking and timely delivery.
- Resolve delivery-related issues promptly to maintain high customer satisfaction.
- Analyze performance metrics and identify opportunities for process improvement.
- Ensure DSPs comply with company policies, contractual agreements, and industry standards.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement effective delivery strategies.
Qualifications:
- Mandarin fluency is required to effectively communicate with partners and team members.
- 2 years of experience in logistics operations, vendor management, or a related field (experience with DSPs is highly preferred).
- Strong negotiation, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of logistics systems and industry regulations is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in logistics, supply chain management, analytics, engineering, or a related field is preferred.（High school diploma or equivalent are also wellcomed）
