GCG Automation and Factory Solutions (AFS) is seeking a skilled
Lead Management & Salesforce Administrator
to oversee and optimize our lead generation process while maintaining and enhancing the operation of our CRM platform (Salesforce) . In this critical role, you'll provide Salesforce end user support to sales and customer service teams across the division. You'll also work closely with our marketing team to efficiently capture, manage, assign, and track sales leads coming by way of vendors, company websites, email campaigns, and trade shows.

This position offers a hybrid work arrangement reporting into our offices in either Cranberry Township, PA or Germantown, WI.
What you'll do
Lead Management ResponsibilitiesAdminister the efficient and accurate import of all leads generated from marketing activities both internal and external to GCGCreate, track, and analyze marketing KPIs and ROI to optimize campaign performanceCoordinate with sales teams to ensure efficient handoff of marketing qualified leads (MQLs)Implement and manage marketing automation tools to streamline lead management processesProvide timely feedback and updates to external vendor-provided leadsUtilize business research and contact database tools to create target account and contact lists for marketing campaignsMonitor and report on marketing activities and results to stakeholdersSalesforce Administrator Responsibilities
Manage and maintain Salesforce CRM, including user accounts, profiles, permissions, and security settingsTroubleshoot and resolve Salesforce-related issues and provide end-user support and trainingCustomize Salesforce as needed to meet business needs, including creating reports, dashboards, workflows, and process automationWhat you'll bring
Education
Preferred : Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related fieldExperience
Proven experience working with and administering the Salesforce CRM platformStrong analytical and data-driven decision-making skillsExcellent project management and organizational abilitiesOutstanding written and verbal communication skillsExperience with content creation and management across various platformsDesired Skills
