Overview
GCG is currently seeking a Warehouse Spooling Associate to join our team in Wellford, SC! In this role, you will be responsible for operating a spooling machine and assisting with general warehouse duties.

Hourly Rate: $20/hr full benefits
Schedule: 7:00am-3:30pm M-F
Location:370 Old Spartanburg Hwy, Wellford, SC 29385
What you’ll do
- Daily set-up and operation of spooling machine to wind, cut, spool, and package materials
- Run test spool daily to ensure accurate measurements and specifications
- Perform pre-operational checks to ensure proper functioning of equipment
- Measure cable before returning to stock to ensure inventory accuracy
- Assist with additional duties as needed
What you’ll bring
- At least 1 year of warehouse experience required
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent
- Machine operating experience preferred
- Must be able to regularly stand, walk, bend and lift 50lbs
