Job Summary:

We are seeking a reliable and hardworking individual to join our back-of-house team as a Dishwasher/Busser. This dual role is crucial to the smooth operation of our kitchen and dining room. You will play a vital part in help maintaining a clean and sanitary environment for both our staff and guests, ensuring a positive dining experience for everyone.

Responsibilities:

• Wash dishes, glassware, and utensils, ensuring they are properly sanitized.
• Maintain a clean and organized dishwashing area.
• Bus tables, clearing dishes and resetting tables for new guests.
• Assist with light cleaning duties in the kitchen and dining areas.
• Empty trash and maintain cleanliness of trash areas.
• Follow all sanitation and safety procedures.
• Assist with other kitchen tasks as needed
• Be a team player and contribute to a positive work environment.

Qualifications:

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong work ethic and attention to detail.
• Ability to stand for extended periods.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Knowledge of sanitation procedures is a plus.
• Previous experience in a but not required.
