Staff Pharmacist Job Description - Full-time

Duties will include :
Provide pharmaceutical care to patients, including processing and accurately dispensing prescription orders, counseling patients regarding health care and prescription medication needs, maintaining confidential information, maintaining controlled medication and required documentation.
Interact with physicians and utilize reference material to gain information on customers and prescriptions and to resolve any issues that arise.

Required Qualifications
Minimum 2-3 years' experience as a Staff Pharmacist
PharmD / RPh degree
Active pharmacy license in Kentucky and Ohio with all held licenses in good standing
This is an on-site position
