Key responsibilities:
- Delivery execution:Carefully load and transport catering orders to designated locations, following assigned routes and delivery schedules.
- Order verification:Double-check each order before delivery to ensure accuracy of food items, quantities, and servingware.
- Customer interaction:Interact professionally with clients, addressing any concerns regarding delivery and providing excellent customer service.
- Setup assistance:Depending on the order, may assist with basic setup of catering items at the delivery location.
- Equipment handling:Properly handle and return all catering equipment (chafers, trays, utensils) to the facility after delivery.
- Food safety:Maintain proper food handling practices throughout the delivery process to ensure food quality and safety.
- Vehicle maintenance:Regularly inspect the delivery vehicle and report any issues to management.
