Job Description:
The Landscape Business Developer will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and driving revenue growth. This is a critical role for the company, as you will be the main point of contact for prospecting, securing new contracts, and helping us maintain long-term business relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement strategies to attract new clients and grow business in the landscape industry.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients.
• Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and trends.
• Generate leads through networking, cold calls, and referrals.
• Prepare proposals, presentations, and contracts for potential clients.
• Collaborate with the operations team to ensure seamless project execution from start to finish.
• Track progress and report on sales goals and business development activities.
• Attend industry events, conferences, and trade shows to expand the company’s visibility and network.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in business development, sales, or marketing, preferably in the landscaping or construction industry.
• Strong understanding of the landscape services industry and market trends.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and clients simultaneously.
• A network of contacts in the industry is a plus.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

• Commission pay
• Quarterly bonus

• 10 hour shift
• Day shift
• Evenings as needed
• Weekends as needed
