About The Role
We are seeking a skilled Paid Media Analyst to join our digital marketing team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and optimizing paid media advertising campaigns on Google Ads.
What You’ll Do
- Develop and execute effective paid media strategies aligned with business goals and target audiences.
- Conduct comprehensive keyword research and analyze user behavior to optimize campaign performance.
- Create and manage PPC campaigns, including ad groups, ad copy, and landing pages.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, Heap, etc.
- Make data-driven recommendations for campaign optimization, including bid adjustments and ad copy updates.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including copywriters, designers, and developers.
- Manage campaign budgets and ensure positive ROI on client spending
- Provide regular reports and updates on campaign performance to stakeholders
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, or related field
- 2-3 years of experience in paid search marketing or SEM
- Google Ads and/or Bing Ads certifications
- Strong analytical mindset with ability to transform data into actionable campaign insights
- Experience with web analytics tools, particularly Google Analytics
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Detail-oriented when analyzing metrics and implementing campaign changes
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and best practices in paid search advertising
- Experience managing large-scale advertising budgets exceeding $1M per month
- Strong background in performance marketing with a focus on lead generation campaigns
- Experience in the healthcare/insurance industry
- Familiarity with compliance requirements related to healthcare advertising
