Boutique elder law, estate planning, and estate administration law firm seeks an experienced paralegal/legal assistant with a solid understanding of estate planning concepts and practices with at least five years’ experience drafting a variety of trusts, wills, ancillary documents, and deeds. Experience with probate and trust administration is a plus. The atmosphere is collegial, collaborative, family friendly, and client-centered.

WealthCounsel Expertise: The position requires someone fully-versed in WealthCounsel software with the ability to offer custom legal language for client wishes that do not match the output generated from the software. We are looking for a new team member who can hit the ground running.
Attention to Detail: Exceptional proofreading skills with the ability to produce high-quality documents. Work must demonstrate accuracy, thoroughness, and consistency.
Communication Skills: Ability to effectively communicate with clients both orally and in writing.
Self-Motivation: Ability to work independently, manage deadlines, and collaborate with other team members.
Software Skills: Proficiency with Microsoft Office. Familiarity with Actionstep is a plus.
