Goin' Postal is an authorized shipping center for FedEx, UPS, USPS, and DHL. We also offer mailbox and business services. We are currently looking for a retail sales associate for either a full-time or part-time position located in both location Jacksonville FL- Gate Parkway and also St Johns FL -Beachwalk Shore Dr location. This role focuses on delivering exceptional business service support to our valued customers. If you have excellent customer service skills and a willingness to learn, we are happy to train the right candidate!

Goin' Postal store specializes in shipping, mailbox services, and fingerprinting, along with essential services such as notary, passport photos, shredding, printing, copying, faxing, and email support. No prior postal experience is required—if you have outstanding customer service skills, we’re happy to provide training and welcome you to our team!

Responsibilities:
- Handle mail shipping labels and package processing (training provided)
- Sort and distribute incoming mail to physical and virtual mailboxes (training provided)
- Assist with passport photo processing and fingerprint scanning (training provided)
- Fulfill customer requests for copying, faxing, and scanning services
- Perform additional tasks as assigned
- Provide exceptional customer service to walk-in clients and phone inquiries
- Actively listen to customers and collaborate effectively with team members
- Proactively learn about products, services, alternative solutions, and industry trends
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- High school diploma or above
- Proficiency in computer and internet usage
- Excellent phone and customer service skills
- Punctual, dependable, responsible, and drug-free
- Must be very detail oriented and organized
- Prior experience in postal services is a plus
- Bilingual in Spanish and English is preferred
- FL Notaray license preferred
