- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the booking process and during the trip.
- Handle reservations for flights, hotels, car rentals, and other travel-related services.
- Stay updated on industry trends, travel regulations, and destination information to provide accurate advice.
- Assist clients with any changes or issues that may arise during their travels.
- Foster relationships with hotels, airlines, and other vendors to secure the best options for clients.
Skills
- Sabre or equivalent GDS ticketing skill
