Role Objective
Works cross-functionally with various teams to execute budget and added compensation processes. Develops dashboards, reporting and forecasts related to budgeting, sales, compensation and fixed costs. Proactively identify the right business questions, gather and evaluate descriptive, predictive, and prescriptive information, and generate and communicate insights, recommendations, and solutions to complex problems enabling the enterprise to achieve its purpose, vision and profitability targets.

- Proactively analyzes key business information, identifies important insights, and advises business leaders of emerging trends and potential recommendations
- Advises cross-functional teams on business/data insights, trends and recommendations
- Participates proactively in strategic business reviews and business team meetings as a team member and business partner
- Provides financial leadership to Enterprise-level initiatives, which may include broad-based business modeling, short and long-term financial impacts, scenario analysis, presentation to senior leadership
- Queries Company databases to extract key financial and fulfillment data and synthesizes into meaningful business analysis
- Partners with business segment teams (BST) and other finance team members to create forecasts, budgets, and longer term financial (MRP) plans and is accountable for forecast and budget accuracy
- Reports and analyzes operating results and forecasts, evaluating performance against budgets, forecasts, and longer-term trends
- Evaluates risks and opportunities and identifies potential outcomes of decisions and provides perspective in terms of the probability of various outcomes
- Interfaces with Product Management concerning new product introductions' sales forecasting/costing
- BA/BS in finance, accounting, engineering, business, economics, statistics, or other quantitative fields preferred
- Minimum two (2) years' experience in accounting, analysis or finance
- Experience developing and executing against annual budget planning process strongly desired
- Experience calculating added compensation plans for sales teams preferred
- Experience in a manufacturing or distribution environment is preferred
- This role does not directly supervise GOJO team members
- Coaches and provides guidance to colleagues about budgeting and added compensation processes
