What are the responsibilities and job description for the Talent Acquisition Specialist position at GOJO, Makers of PURELL?
We're seeking a part-time talent acquisition professional that can work 20 hours weekly, on a contract basis.
Important responsibilities include:
- Managing a high-volume queue of corporate requisitions, evaluating and screening candidates with various levels and types of work experience and cultural backgrounds
- Capturing candidate interviews and storing documentation in shared workspace for Talent Acquisition leadership and hiring manager review/reference
- Participating as needed in weekly update calls with hiring managers
- Demonstrating excellent verbal and written business communication skills
- Demonstrating exceptional whole systems thinking and a unique ability to determine a candidate's fit with the organization's work styles, processes and best practices
What you'll need to succeed:
- Ability to work 20 hours per week from a personal workspace that affords quiet and confidentiality
- Ability to work quickly and capture meaningful data points
- Minimum three years' experience in corporate recruiting
- Previous experience identifying strong candidates for Finance, R&D, Sales and Marketing roles
- Previous experience using an ATS (applicant tracking system) such as SuccessFactors or Workday
