Must have experience operating sit-down lifts, double pallet jacks, reach trucks and / or cherry pickers
Gojob is hiring Forklift Drivers for a global logistics warehouse located in Elwood, IL .
You will be responsible for operating sit-down and / or clamp forklift equipment for the purpose of moving, locating, relocating, stacking and counting merchandise safely and efficiently. You may also be required to perform order filler or order checker duties. Responsibilities :
- Stacks and stores merchandise in designated areas using a forklift, clamp, and / or push-pull equipment
- Unloads inbound shipments and moves product to storage locations and from staging and / or storage areas into trailers
- Pulls and prepares products for shipment and ensures exact number and type of product is loaded and shipped
- Performs picking duties efficiently to meet customer service standards
- Operates all equipment in a safe and efficient manner and reports any safety concerns to manager
- Maintains records to guarantee inventory control and security and reports any inventory discrepancies
- Assists in physical inventories, ensures proper stock rotation, and conducts cycle counts as requested
