Gokoh Coldwater Incorporated (aka GCI)is a leading tier two supplier of sand cores for the automotive industry. We manufacture cores for castings of brake rotors and water passages.
We are currently seeking a skilled Human Resources Administrative Assistant who is passionate about recruiting, supporting, and developing talent through our company policies and managing procedures.

Duties and Responsibilities will include:
Support all Human Resource Department initiatives, policies, procedures, and systems.
- Administrative duties, including upkeep of employee records (attendance, EEO data etc.)
- Compliance with all policies and legal requirements
- Perceptive nature, careful monitoring of working conditions to ensure legal compliance
- Composure and confidentiality required to handle disciplinary and grievance issues
- Understanding of Insurance, 401-K and Worker's Compensation
- Proficient using Microsoft Office applications (i.e. Outlook, Excel & Word)
- Work closely with temp agencies in candidate selection
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
