As the Senior Product Manager for goLance's managed development projects, you will play a key role in scoping, planning, and managing custom development projects for our clients. You will collaborate with both clients and development teams to estimate project costs, allocate the right mix of developers, and ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
Key Responsibilities :
- Collaborate with clients to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
- Estimate project costs, timelines, and resource requirements.
- Determine the type and number of developers needed for each project (frontend, backend, fullstack, etc.).
- Work closely with development teams to allocate resources effectively and manage project schedules.
- Monitor project progress and resolve any issues that arise during the development process.
- Ensure high-quality standards and client satisfaction at every project stage.
