This role involves managing inbound and outbound sales calls, processing orders, assisting customers with technical inquiries, and ensuring timely delivery of materials to meet project deadlines. Ability to read and interpret blueprints, construction drawings, and technical specifications. Strong knowledge of building materials, construction methods, and project requirements. Excellent written and verbal communication Interpersonal with the ability to build rapport with customers. Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving skills. Self Motivated with desire to improve Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and CRM software. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities. High school diploma required; a degree or certification in construction or related field is a plus.
