Do you have a passion for plants and a love for the outdoors? We're looking for a friendly and knowledgeable Garden Center Sales Associate to join our team at Hennick's Home Center in Bandon! In this role, you'll help customers choose the right plants, products, and tools for their gardens and outdoor spaces while keeping our garden center looking its best.
Key Responsibilities:

Assist customers with plant selection, gardening advice, and product recommendations

Maintain a clean, well-stocked, and organized garden center

Water, prune, and care for plants to ensure they remain healthy and appealing

Unload, price, and display new plant shipments and gardening supplies

Operate the cash register and handle transactions when needed
- Provide outstanding customer service and create a welcoming shopping experience
Qualifications:

Interest in or knowledge of gardening, plants, or landscaping

Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus

Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and work outside in various weather conditions

Friendly, positive attitude and strong communication skills

Willingness to learn about plant care and seasonal gardening trends
