Bartender

Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for crafting cocktails, serving beverages, and creating a welcoming atmosphere for our guests.

Duties

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and utensils.
• Manage cash handling accurately, processing transactions efficiently while ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Provide excellent customer service by engaging with patrons, taking orders, and offering recommendations.
• Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and responsible alcohol service guidelines.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate food and beverage pairings for fine dining experiences.
• Stay informed about current drink trends, brewing techniques, and new cocktail recipes to enhance the menu offerings.

Skills

• Strong cash handling skills with attention to detail in processing transactions.
• Proficient math skills for managing tabs and calculating drink costs accurately.
• Background in restaurant or bar settings with an understanding of fine dining service expectations.
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse clientele.
• Sales acumen to promote featured drinks or specials effectively.
• Knowledge of food safety practices to ensure a safe dining environment for all guests.
• Familiarity with brewing techniques is beneficial for crafting specialty drinks.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $15.00 - $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
