Responsibilities:
- Welcoming and Booking New Patients
- Making and Receiving phone calls
- Scheduling and modifying appointments
- Verifying insurance eligibility and breakdowns
- Assisting Existing Patients
- Provide solution-based customer service for patients
Qualifications:
- Strong verbal communication skills
- Positive demeanor and attitude
- Comfortable working in a call center environment
- Coachable and willing to learn
- Good reasoning and people skills
- Professional attitude
Preferred but not required:
- Dental experience (preferred)
- Bilingual in Spanish, Chinese, or Korean (preferred)
- 1 year Customer Service Experience (preferred)
Position Specifics:
- Full training your first 1 week
- Base Pay 16.50/hr Monthly Bonus
