What are the responsibilities and job description for the Dental Specialty Treatment Coordinator position at Gold Coast Dental?
We’re looking for an enthusiastic full-time Specialty Dental Treatment Coordinator to join our amazing team! If you’re passionate about creating great patient experiences and love working with a fantastic group of professionals, we’d love to hear from you.
In this role, you’ll be a key part of our practice, working closely with our doctors, staff, and patients to make sure everything runs smoothly. From scheduling appointments to coordinating treatment plans, you’ll play a big role in ensuring our patients get the best care possible.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Schedule patient appointments and help coordinate their treatment plans for specialty treatment.
- Verify insurance coverage HMO and PPO
- Present treatment for patients. Needs to be clear and knowledable in dental terminology and come up with creative ways for patients to afford their treatment (Payment Plans, Financing, etc).
- Provide friendly, top-notch service by answering questions and addressing concerns.
- Help maintain a welcoming and organized office environment.
Our Ideal Candidate
- 3 years of experience as a Specialty Treatment Coordinator.
- Someone who is used to working with multiple providers on the same day.
- Familiarity with dental software (Open Dental) is a bonus.
- Spanish Speaker is a Plus
- Available to work weekends (we are open Saturdays and Sundays and everyone in the company works one of those days)
Compensation
- $20-26/hr DOE
