Gold Coast Physical Therapy, formerly FYZICAL Palm Beach, is hiring an entry-level physical therapy insurance verification and authorization specialist to grow our physical therapy practice.

Key Responsibilities

• Verify patient insurance coverage and obtain necessary authorizations for physical therapy services.
• Navigate insurance websites and manage client information in an EMR system.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with insurance requirements.
• Communicate effectively with clients, insurance companies, and team members.
  
  

Required Qualifications

• Strong organizational skills and high accountability.
• Proactive work ethic and ability to project a warm, enthusiastic, and friendly demeanor.
• Experience in navigating insurance websites and client management in an EMR system.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
  
  

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in a healthcare or physical therapy setting.
• Knowledge of insurance verification and authorization processes.
