Entry-Level Medical Billing and Collections Specialist
Location: Gold Coast Physical Therapy and Balance Centers
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM

Position Overview: We seek an Entry-level Medical Billing and Collections Specialist with knowledge in medical AR/billing on an EMR system, including:
- Electronic filing
- Handling denials and EOBs
- Navigating insurance websites
- Printing claims for Workers Compensation and Auto carriers
- Aging accounts
- Printing patient statements
- Posting payments from insurance companies
Physical therapy billing experience is a plus but not required. We provide excellent training.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage medical AR and billing
- Ensure accurate electronic and paper claim submissions
- Handle denials and EOBs
- Navigate insurance websites
- Monitor aging accounts
- Print patient statements
- Post insurance payments
Qualifications:
- Knowledge of medical AR/billing on an EMR system
