Position Overview: We seek a full-time Float Client Care Specialist to join our team. This position requires travel between multiple facilities in Palm Beach County and is an excellent opportunity for candidates aspiring to become physical therapist assistants or therapists.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Scheduling
- Payment collection in an EMR system
- New patient registration
- Assisting the clinical team
- Projecting a warm, enthusiastic, and friendly demeanor in client and team member interactions
Work Schedule:
- Monday, Wednesday, Thursday: 8 AM - 7 PM
- Tuesday, Friday: 8 AM - 5 PM
