FYZICAL Therapy and Balance Centers is hiring full-time Inbound Call Center Representatives for our organization. Candidates with solid customer service and phone skills are encouraged to apply. This entry-level position involves client scheduling and new patient registration in an EMR system. Candidates must project a warm, enthusiastic, and friendly demeanor in client and team member interactions.
The position requires candidates to work within the center's hours of operation, Monday through Friday, 8 am-6 pm.
