Job Brief:
We are seeking a highly motivated jewelry sales associate to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for jewelry, exceptional interpersonal skills, and a strong drive to achieve sales goals. Responsibilities:
- Develop authentic relationships with customers by assessing their needs, making personalized product recommendations, and creating a memorable experience
- Cultivate an in-depth knowledge of products and provide product knowledge, features, and benefits to all customers when presenting merchandise
- Connect with existing and potential customers and maintain customer information utilizing company-supported technology
- Inspect and clean customers' jewelry and consult on repairs for jewelry
- Understand and utilize policies and procedures to be proficient in handling customer transactions and solving customer service issues appropriately.
- Perform store set up and closing operations, including opening and closing office area and moving jewelry to and from store safe and display areas.
- Perform basic store maintenance, merchandising, and other required activities to keep the store clean, safe, and inviting.
Requirements:
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, customer service experience, proven record of meeting and exceeding sales goals, demonstrated integrity and professionalism, well organized with an eye for detail, and a professional demeanor and appearance are required.
- Previous retail consultative sales experience is required.
- Jewelry or luxury sales experience is preferred
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and building strong customer relationships.
- Credit and background checks are required
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 38 – 40 per week
