What We’re Looking For :

  • Proven Experience : Minimum of 5 years as a high-performing Level A Automotive Technician or equivalent experience in a management role within an automotive shop.
  • Leadership Skills : Ability to lead and mentor a team, ensuring high standards of service and productivity.
  • Technical Expertise : Proficient in diagnostics, preventive maintenance, and repairs for various makes and models. ASE certifications are a plus.
  • Customer-Focused : Strong interpersonal and communication skills to provide an exceptional customer experience.
  • Problem-Solver : Able to address challenges head-on and implement effective solutions.

    • Key Responsibilities :

  • Lead and oversee daily operations in the shop, ensuring efficiency and high-quality service.
  • Perform advanced diagnostics and repairs while setting the standard for technical excellence.
  • Manage schedules, prioritize work orders, and ensure proper workflow.
  • Provide accurate estimates and recommendations to customers to maintain transparency and trust.
  • Collaborate with the team to hit sales goals and operational targets.
  • Uphold company policies, safety standards, and best practices.
