Jacobs Entertainment is currently in search of a “Grille Server” for Gold Dust West Carson City. This property features 148 modern hotel rooms and suites, a 32-lane Bowling Center with full Snack Bar, an RV Park, full-service Sports Book the ever-popular Grille Restaurant.

Essential Job Responsibilities and Duties:
- Take customers’ orders and input them into our POS system
- Give good customer service according to our core standards
- The concept of "Five Sensing" is practiced daily by the Server. (Temperature, music level/selection, visual cleanliness throughout the dining room, no sticky tables/chairs and a strong awareness of the selection of menu items and their seasoning)
- Follows all department policies and complies with all state liquor laws
- Follow proper food handling and sanitary procedures
Skills, Education and Other Requirements:
- Basic reading and writing skills
- Ability to follow written and oral instructions
- Strong communications skills
- Must be able to multi-task
- Basic computer knowledge and cash handling skills
- Knowledge of Infogenesis & Patron systems helpful
- Nevada liquor card required
- Identification that establishes identity
- Identification that establishes the right to work in the United States
