Jacobs Entertainment is currently in search of a “Hotel Houseperson” for Gold Dust West Carson City. This property features 148 modern hotel rooms and suites, a 32-lane Bowling Center with full Snack Bar, an RV Park, full-service Sports Book the ever-popular Grille Restaurant.

Essential Job Responsibilities and Duties:
- Moping and cleaning all hotel common areas including but not limited to vending machine areas, hotel bathrooms, hotel lobby, etc.
- Empty all trash including Hotel Front Desk and Human Resources
- Completion of Houseperson checklist on a daily basis
- Cleaning RV Park restrooms and laundry areas
- Assisting GRA’s
- Maintaining housekeeping linen and/or storage rooms by stocking and organizing supplies and linen
- Shampooing carpets, moving furniture and/or any other cleaning task assigned
- Additional monthly cleaning projects as assigned
Skills, Education and Other Requirements:
- Basic reading and writing abilities
- Ability to follow written and oral instructions
- High School Diploma or Equivalent Work Experience
- Two-year experience in a maintenance capacity
- Identification that establishes identity
- Identification that establishes the right to work in the United States
