Essential Job Responsibilities and Duties:
- Respond to inquiries and provide detailed information about group packages, events, and amenities, including hotel, casino, bowling and golf offerings
- Coordinate bookings for group events, tournaments, conferences, and special promotions across all departments
- Collaborate with hotel, food and beverage, casino, and bowling teams to ensure seamless event execution and guest experiences
- Prepare and process contracts, proposals, and invoices for group sales and event bookings
- Maintain and update client databases to track sales activity, leads, and guest preferences
- Assist in creating and executing promotional materials and marketing campaigns for group and event sales
- Monitor and manage availability for event spaces, accommodations, and activity bookings
- Support the sales team by generating leads and following up on potential opportunities
- Coordinate with operations teams to ensure venues, amenities, and resources are prepared for events
- Provide administrative support, including scheduling, tracking revenue metrics, and maintaining sales records
- Address and resolve client concerns or issues with professionalism and efficiency
- Stay updated on industry trends to recommend new services and sales strategies
- Participate in team meetings to review sales goals, discuss feedback, and align on initiatives
Skills, Education and Other Requirements:
- Must be fluent in English
- High school diploma or equivalent required; a bachelor’s degree in business, hospitality, or a related field is preferred
- Previous experience in sales, event coordination, or hospitality is highly desirable
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain client relationships
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask and manage deadlines
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) required
- Customer service-oriented with problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Flexibility to work varying shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
- Knowledge of the gaming, hotel, and entertainment industries is an advantage
