The GDW Reno is located in the central downtown gaming district and has been a local’s favorite since 1977. It features the latest and hottest slot machines, full-service bars, and the ever-popular Grille restaurant.

Essential Job Responsibilities and Duties:
- Familiarity with all menu items, menu prices and hours of operation & promotions.
- Maintain a clean work area, professional appearance, and present positive customer service techniques
- Ensures consistency & quality
- Provide service to guests while dining
- Assist Busser in pre-bussing of tables
- Set up or close of wait station
- Clean stations and tables
- Complete daily side work
- Assist guests with questions regarding activities on the property
- Practice TIPS awareness and the responsible serving of alcohol
Skills, Education and Other Requirements:
- Ability to follow written and oral instructions
- Strong communications skills
- Liquor card required
- Basic computer knowledge and cash handling skills
- Knowledge of Infogenesis & Patron systems helpful
- Identification that establishes identity
- Identification that establishes the right to work in the United States
