Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced and passionate Head Chef to lead our culinary team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in food service and a proven ability to manage kitchen operations effectively. As the Head Chef, you will be responsible for creating innovative menus, ensuring high standards of food quality, and supervising kitchen staff to deliver exceptional dining experiences.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all kitchen operations, including food preparation, cooking, and presentation.
• Develop and design creative menus that reflect seasonal ingredients and customer preferences.
• Manage inventory and order supplies to ensure the kitchen is well-stocked.
• Supervise and train kitchen staff, fostering a collaborative and efficient work environment.
• Implement health and safety regulations to maintain cleanliness and food safety standards.
• Monitor food quality and presentation to ensure consistency and excellence in every dish.
• Collaborate with front-of-house staff to ensure seamless service during busy periods.
• Assist in bartending duties as needed, contributing to a well-rounded dining experience.

Experience

• Proven experience as a Head Chef or in a similar leadership role within the restaurant industry.
• Strong skills in shift management, food preparation, and inventory management.
• Demonstrated leadership abilities with experience in supervising kitchen staff.
• Knowledge of various cooking techniques and cuisines is essential.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in bartending is a plus but not required.
