Gold, Khourey & Turak is seeking a highly organized and self-motivated receptionist / administrative assistant for its growing Personal Injury and Oil & Gas practices. Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to think critically. Excellent typing and word processing skills also required. This position will back up the full time receptionist and provide administrative support to the Legal Assistants. NO PHONE CALLS, PLEASE. Responsibilities
- Answering phone calls and directing them to the correct staff
- Requesting medial records to legal cases.
- Support attorneys with administrative tasks such as filing, document review and data entry.
- Apply organizational skills to ensure efficient workflow within the law office.
- Collaborate with team members to provide comprehensive legal and administrative support.
Qualifications
- Experience in receptionist duties

- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Ability to handle data entry and document management tasks efficiently
