What are the responsibilities and job description for the Administrative Assistant position at Gold Leaf Physical Therapy, LLC?
You will be working in a positive work enviroment with the primary objectives being maintaining clinical operations, supporting the Therapists, and taking care of our patients.
The general job duties are as follows:
- Answer and direct phone calls
- Organize and schedule appointments
- Plan meetings and take detailed minutes
- Write and distribute email, correspondence memos, letters, faxes and forms
- Verify insurances
- Obtain authorizations for treatment
- Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
- Develop and maintain a filing system
- Update and maintain office policies and procedures
- Order office supplies and research new deals and suppliers
- Maintain contact lists
- Provide general support to Patients and Therapists
- Act as the point of contact for internal and external clients
- Assist Therapist with Evaluations and documentation
- light cleaning duties

Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
