As a Marketing Apprentice, you'll get hands-on experience supporting real client campaigns, contributing to creative strategy, and learning the inner workings of a top-performing marketing agency. This is a learn-by-doing opportunity with direct mentorship - designed to challenge you, accelerate your growth, and position you for internal promotion.
This is a part-time position to start, with the opportunity to grow into a full-time role based on performance.
Purpose of the Role
To support the day-to-day execution of digital marketing activities while developing skills in campaign management, client communication, reporting, and backend operations.
Our goal? Help you become a rock-solid team member who earns a seat on one of our core departments within 60-90 days.
What You'll Be Doing
Campaign & Project Support
Assist with building and organizing client campaigns in Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, or Mailchimp
Conduct keyword research and audience targeting
Upload creatives and verify campaign settings
Take notes in meetings and create task breakdowns in Trello, ClickUp, or Asana
Content & Creative Tasks
Research competitors and gather inspiration for content
Format testimonials and client feedback for use in marketing materials
Help draft social captions and basic ad copy
Organize creative assets with the design team
Reporting & Optimization Help
Pull weekly performance data and KPIs
Format reports for client review
Track account deliverables and client check-ins
Client Support (Light Touch)
Send reminder emails and upload deliverables to client portals
Tag internal team leads when client questions come up
Keep the CRM (GoHighLevel, HubSpot, etc.) updated and clean
Admin & Operations Support
Help prep SOPs, checklists, and training materials
Assist in onboarding clients or new hires by organizing internal docs
Maintain clean naming conventions and folder systems
Weekly Expectations
Attend all internal meetings and team calls
Complete 100% of your assigned tasks in the project hub
Share one new idea or improvement each week
