What are the responsibilities and job description for the Part time Ground Maintenance Professional - Morning shift 9- 11 hours per week position at Gold Maintenance and Cleaning?
Shift : Part-time, Sunday, Wednesday and Friday 9:00am - 12:00pm between 9 hours per week, and every 2 weeks on Sunday from 9:00am - 2:00pm
Tasks : Must be a reliable team player, willing to work in varying weather conditions, and must be able to lift 80lbs or more.
Requirements :
Have reliable transportation, at least 18 years old, Drug free, felony free and legal to work in the good ol US of A.
Honest team members who see the value in and enjoy serving others.
Hard workers willing to get their hands dirty.

Job Description:
- Utilizes and maintains equipment in a proper, safe and effective manner
- Walk and collects garbage and palm fronds around the property
- Uses blower around property
- Sweep dumpster enclosure
- Break down items left in dumpster enclosure
- Cuts grass around property every 2 weeks

Experience
- Requires a minimum of (1) year of general maintenance experience.
- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills required.
