As an Enrollment Specialist, you will play a crucial role in guiding candidates through the enrollment process, ensuring they understand our services and programs.
Main Responsibilities:
- Assess Applications: Review and assess applications to ensure they are completed correctly and include all required supporting materials.
- Data Management: Enter, update, and review data and records to maintain accurate and up-to-date information.
- Customer Support: Offer advice and recommendations to applicants and prospective candidates to help them understand our programs and services.
A degree in a related field is preferred. Previous experience in enrollment, customer service, or a related field is beneficial. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and organizational skills.
