Responsibilities And Essential Tasks
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborates with cross-functional teams and stakeholders, to understand their reporting needs and requirements. Proactively seeks feedback to continuously improve reporting processes and deliverables. Partners with internal training and knowledge teams to assist in the creation of training materials and disseminates best practices.
- Data Collection and Analysis: Collects and consolidates data from multiple sources, ensuring accuracy and completeness, and standard definitions across the enterprise. Develops optimization strategies to facilitate efficient data delivery processes.
- Report Development: Plans, designs, develops, tests and rolls out reports and dashboards that effectively communicate key metrics and findings. Ensures reports are visually appealing, easy to understand and meet stakeholder requirements.
- Report Validation and Quality Assurance: Validates accuracy of reports, identifies and resolves any discrepancies or issues that may arise.
- Report Automation: Automates reporting processes to streamline data collection, analysis and reporting workflows. Identifies opportunities for process improvement and implements automation solutions.
- Report & Data Documentation: Maintains detailed documentation on how the reports were designed and built and what the report is meant to measure. Maintains data definitions to be used across the enterprise.

Experience, Preparation and Training
- Bachelor’s Degree in MIS, Computer Science, business or equivalent combination of education and technical experience.
- 2-5 years of experience of business analysis.
- SAP experience is a plus as data used comes from SAP applications.
- Experience preferred in SAC and datasphere.
- Data modeling experience is highly preferred.
- Strong understanding of Windows Server and MS SQL Server technologies.
- Experience using MS Office (Word, High level Excel, PowerPoint), and Project Management Software.
- Strong work ethic.
- Must possess very strong analytical and project management skills. Knowledge in Agile and Scrum is a plus.
- Excellent communication, writing, and documentation skills.
- Very strong analytical skills.
- Must be a self-starter; able to work independently as well as in a team environment.
- Able to learn quickly.
- Must be able to work under pressure with stringent deadlines.
- Ability to provide training to users.
- Must be well organized; multi-tasker.
- Must have strong “business needs to implementation” conversion skills.
- Must have a good understanding and proven practical experience in change control management practices.
- Microsoft Project skills a plus.
- Must be a self-starter, and able to work independently with a minimal amount of supervision. Must be able to lead and/or actively participate in assigned projects or business improvement deliverables.
