Job Summary
As the Internal Production Manager, you will play a critical role in organizing and overseeing the production process from the office. Your primary responsibility is to ensure that every job is fully prepared before installation begins, coordinating materials, permits, documentation, and scheduling to eliminate delays or miscommunications.
Key Responsibilities
- Job Preparation & Documentation:
- Review job details, contracts, and insurance summaries for accuracy.
- Ensure all required photos and documentation are uploaded to CompanyCam.
- Verify material lists using HOVER measurements and insurance estimates.
- Input job details into the outsheet (material job list).
- Scheduling & Coordination:
- Place material orders through Roofit and confirm deliveries.
- Update Google Calendar with job start dates and coordinate with crews.
- Communicate with QA for final checks before installation.
- Verify dumpster orders and placement.
- Final Job Readiness Check:
- Ensure proof of delivery (POD) is received and uploaded.
- Double-check weather conditions before scheduling.
- Conduct a final file review to confirm job readiness.
Qualifications & Skills
- Experience in production coordination, construction, or roofing preferred.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects efficiently.
- Proficiency with Google Workspace, CompanyCam, and job-tracking software.
- Excellent communication skills to coordinate with office staff, crews, and suppliers.

Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
