- Conduct cold calling and follow-up calls to generate leads and secure appointments.
- Present product offerings effectively to potential customers, highlighting key benefits and features.
- Utilize Salesforce to track sales activities, manage customer accounts, and report on performance metrics.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align strategies for lead generation and brand awareness.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals while ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the sales process.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring client needs are met.
Experience
- Proven experience in inside sales or business development, preferably in a B2B environment.
