Operations Assistant Manager
Responsibilities:
- Oversee all gym operations onsite
- Assist in hiring and training new team members
- Works in cooperation with back office to manage/process freezes, cancellations, and account adjustments
- Oversees management of customer satisfaction surveys
- Assists back office with processing bi-weekly payroll
- Manage and oversee clubs social media marketing and presence
- Manage and oversee all member communications
- Directs and controls all gym walk-throughs for gym cleanliness, equipment maintenance, inventory, etc.
- Must be familiar with front desk operations
- Manages the retail inventory for the gym
- Manages juice bar and drink inventory for the gym
Requirements:
- Excellent communication, organization, and customer service skills
- Basic computer skills (graphics design experience helpful)
- Ability to handle challenging customer issues with patience, tact, and professionalism
- Digital Marketing Experience
