We're seeking a Fitness Consultant to promote and sell memberships to new members and renewals/upgrades to current gym members. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work independently, and be available on weekends.
The Fitness Consultant role involves generating sales through Company-sponsored and employee-sponsored initiatives, maintaining accurate records of sponsored activities, following up on prospects using established sales systems, conducting gym tours and telephone inquiries according to Gold's Gym protocols, staying current on pricing and promotions, developing selling skills and maintaining positive relationships with staff, and participating in scheduled meetings and completing FC Training courses.
