Duties :
- Answers Corporate Switchboard During Business Hours.
- Books Reservations and Confirms Itineraries for Local and Worldwide Travel.
- Maintains Relationships with 3rd-Party Affiliates.
- Reviews and Confirms Daily / Weekly Schedules to Ensure Staff Coverage.
- Adheres to a Strict Confidentiality Policy to Ensure the Safety of Clients and Staff.
- Prepares Vehicles for Specialized, Boutique-Style Luxury Travel.
- Will Focus on Extended Travel for Clients, Including Destination Pre-Arrival Planning.
- Maintains a Professional Workspace.
- Provides an Excellent Level of Customer Service to Staff and Clients.
- Availability to Work Weekends and Some Holidays a Must.
- A Valid Driver’s License is Required.
