We are seeking a skilled Cannabis Budtender to join our Smoky Grass Station Retail Store located in the Gatlinburg. As a Budtender, you will be responsible for assisting customers in selecting suitable cannabis products, providing product information, and ensuring a positive customer experience.
**Responsibilities:**
- Assist customers in selecting cannabis products based on their needs and preferences.
- Provide information on different strains, potency, and effects of various products.
- Operate Point of Sale (POS) system to process transactions accurately.
- Maintain a clean and organized environment.
- Handle cash transactions with accuracy while following proper cash handling procedures.
- Ensure compliance with all regulations and company policies.
**Skills:**
- Experience in retail sales or customer service.
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with customers.
- Basic math skills for processing transactions and inventory management.
- Knowledge of cannabis products and industry trends is a plus.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
