Job Summary
We are a growing Hotshot Flatbed company!
We are seeking a hotshot dispatcher who will be responsible for booking and dispatching load to our fleet of owner operators.
Ideal candidate is experience, motivated and willing to grow with the company.

Duties
- Book loads using network of shipper, brokers, DAT, Truckstop load boards
- Communicate and negotiate with freight brokers/shippers
- Dispatch loads to assigned fleet of drivers
- Communicate with drivers/ trouble shoot any issues
- Provide updates to brokers/shippers as needed
- Oversee driver logs to ensure accuracy for load timeframes
- Check in with drivers on pickup/delivery confirmations
- Organize shipping paperwork in online file system
Experience
- 1 year of hotshot/flatbed dispatch experience
- 1 experience using DAT/TRUCKSTOP
- Well versed knowledge of the hotshot trucking experience
